  I would love to comment on Ms. Graham's services, but I am unable to because I was cancelled on, TWICE when trying to make an appointment for representation on a custody and child abandonment case. Our custody case is very time sensitive; We were ready to pay immediately for her services. We had met with other attorneys, but held out for Suzanna because we heard she was fantastic. Our first appointment we were cancelled on less than 40 minutes prior to the start time, so we showed up to the office only to be turned away and rescheduled. (Without an apology from the secretary.) Then I tried to call the office that following Friday to tell them some important information, and they weren't even available past 1:00 PM. So on the following Tuesday, after clearing our schedules and missing important work meetings, we showed up to Suzanna's office to find out we had been cancelled on, AGAIN. The receptionist said she "left a voicemail" but we did not have any and checked multiple times. Suzanna and her secretaries weren't the least bit apologetic for wasting our time and messing with our case not once, but twice. They didn't even try to reschedule us, so we just had to walk out of the law office, empty handed.
