    Went in to open an account. Teller took name and SS# and told me about a 20 minute wait. Nearly an hour later I walked out without opening an account. Employees were polite, but only a couple working to support numerous customers inside and out (drive through). B of A is too big to care about the individual unless you spend/invest big bucks. What is a few lost when multiples are coming through the door behind you? Having had a few bad experiences with B of A this was the last time I ever attempt to do business there. Not only in CDA, but any where.

    Nice enough customer service when opening an account or card. Otherwise, staff are rude and not helpful. Any problem I encounter or question I have I am always told to go online or call customer services. Almost always incredibly long lines. Have seen on numerous occasions the drive thru and inside completely backed up and only one teller working both the window and inside. Absolutely riduclious.
