- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★No matter what time of the day or week day I have a question to ask my insurance agent, James Gray. He promptly responds with an answer. From what I have heard from my friends agents they always tell me its days before their agent gets back to them. I keep telling them to switch to Allstate.
